Return Policy

Here's the thing...we hate buying something beautiful that turns out not to be what you were looking for. So, if you don't like the item, we recommend a return or exchange!

Please return unused, unwashed, and undamaged items within 15 days of purchase. To request a return, please email us at Support@lrzhjcjo.shop. Please include your order number, the item you purchased, and photos of any damage (if any).

Please Note:

If the item is not damaged/defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a shipping error.

All return requests must be received within 15 days (from the date the package was delivered to the date of the refund request), excluding purchases made between November 15 and December 25, 2021. All purchases within this timeframe are returnable until January 15, 2022.

Exchanges: First, simply purchase the item you want in a new order (before it sells out!). Then, return your unwanted items within 15 days for a full refund.

Damage: Any damaged items must be reported to Support@lrzhjcjo.shop within the 15-day return period.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Please contact USPS Customer Service directly for all USPS tracking inquiries.
